The Last Days Of Autumn

The Last Days of Autumn is about the power of resilience and the destruction of grief into moments of love, trust, honesty, and, most importantly, beauty. The story follows twenty year old Casey Martin, a university student who is given the news that his mother, Lillian, has been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. Volunteering to deliver this news himself, Casey struggles under the weight of his role, fearing his mother's reaction to this morbid diagnosis.

In this play, we watch as Casey navigates the struggles of emotional honesty, ongoing grief, and the anxieties of losing a parent, all the while balancing relationships, study, and life.
